Description:

I will be teaching an aerial hammock workshop focused on characterization at the beautiful Calmness Hotline. If one of your goals this year is to take your characterization, story telling, and stylization to the next level this workshop is for you!

You must have some aerial hammock training as a prerequisite for this workshop as we will focus on aspects other than the technique for this session. The combo we'll work on will be at a similar level to what is shown in this video for reference of level - there will be no drops or advanced movements.
